BEST low impact beginner workout at home jumping rope. This is a 20 minute full body workout with extra love targeting your arms and abs . You’ll want a medium to light set of weights and a jump rope. No jump rope? No problem, you can jump in place and still get a great calorie burn.
This home workout has 4 circuits alternating between jumping rope to burn fat and exercises with weights to tone your arms and abs.
Here are the deets:
Circuit 1-
1 min Jump rope
1 min ARMS- lateral to frontal raise
1 min jump rope
1 min ABS- Russian twist with weights
Circuit 2-
1 min jump rope
1 min ARMS- upright row to overhead press
1 min jump rope
1 min ABS-Plank with row
Circuit 3-
1 min jump rope
1 min ARMS- bicep curl front to side
1 min jump rope
1 min ABS- crunch with weight at chest
Circuit 4-
1 min jump rope
1 min ARMS- low row to tricep kick-backs
1 min jump rope
1 min ABS-sprinter sit-ups with weight
