This is a full body circuit workout that will be alternating between jumping rope for 1 minute and 1 minute exercises with your resistance band. Grab your rope and band and get ready to sweat!
Each circuit will look like this;
*1 min jump rope with band
*1 min band exercise
*1 min jump rope with band
*1 min band exercise
1 min REST repeat 3x
